Firehouse Subs was founded by two firefighter brothers in Florida based on three simple principles: to serve hearty and flavorful food, with heartfelt service, and a commitment to public safety.
At Firehouse Subs, we offer gourmet sub sandwiches, served hot to order with generous amounts of premium ingredients.
We have over 1,200 restaurants in the USA and Canada and are preparing to expand to Switzerland in June 2023!
Our restaurants combine digital ordering options with an open kitchen and table service, providing our guests with a premium fast-food experience. And staying true to our firefighting roots, our Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation has awarded more than $75 million in lifesaving equipment, training and support to hometown heroes.
Our Food
Firehouse offers delicious ingredients to give you a juicy sandwich that has been perfected by our chefs using time honored recipes. Our chefs start by selecting flavorful meats, cheeses & delicious bread that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They then take the meats, add cheese, and steam it using our unique steam ovens to lock in the juices, preserving the authentic flavors and textures.
